LAND PURCHASES
Trafalgar
Estates is currently looking to acquire residential
development land for two or more units (with or without
planning permission) in prime locations throughout
Surrey, Sussex and Kent. The maximum plot value that
we would consider would not exceed £2
million.
It
is company policy to pay an introductory commission
to agents, as long as they are not already instructed. We
generally re-instruct the introductory agent on re-sales.
We
are also happy to work with clients who have a
home on a large plot with development potential, but do
not wish to move. We can either
build a new home as part of the development, or alternatively
purchase the additional plot(s) and carry out the development
with the minimum of noise and disruption.
