Trafalgar Estates is a member of the National House-Building Council (NHBC) and as such every Trafalgar home is supervised at key stages of construction by the NHBC Building Control department. These extensive and regular inspections are to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained.

Once completed each Trafalgar home is covered by a comprehensive ten year NHBC Buildmark Warranty for total peace of mind. In addition each new home owner receives a personalised leather-bound Home Owners Manual which contains all the information that you may require on the running of your home.
